The Torrimar Tennis Club organized the IV Development Tournament of the year,  which featured 127 beginner and intermediate youth players. This event held from August 23 to 25, 2019 was led by Pedro Ochoa and has successful participation of three regions: Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the British Virgin Islands.

 

The categories played were the followings:

 

Orange Ball – 10 and under

Green dot Ball- 12 and under

Yellow Ball – 14 & 18 and under   

 

During the action, in the 10 and under category, Dylan Rosado and Paola Muñiz were the orange-ball champions, while Angelybeth Rivera and Miguel Quiñones triumphed in the green dot ball category of 12 years and under. In the yellow ball category, Mardi Roques and Juan Arill became the new leaders of the 14 and under division, while Ignacio Zorrilla and Leiah Arroyo did the same to achieve the 1st place of 18 and under.
