September 8, 2017

Coaches Workshop

Build skills & character

As a coach, you are one of the biggest influencers in your athletes' lives. They look up to you for advice and support. What would it look like if we taught our students not only to win the game, but also to be diligent, kind, and respectful both on and off the playing field? Join us and let's create a positive, character-building youth sports culture together.

Topic

Double-Goal Coach: Culture, Practices and Games

Some teams have fun, work hard and achieve great things. Most do not. This interactive workshop shows how great coaches build a culture that calls forth the best in people, including:

 • Elements of team culture that encourage athletes to give 100% effort
 • “10-Step Guide” to productive practice sessions that maximize results
 • The Art of “Game Coaching”
