What's Coming Up for League Tennis in 2021

It has been an interesting start to 2021. Thankfully, USTA Mid-Atlantic Leagues are opening up and starting to get a little closer to normal. With the league calendar starting to fill out, we’ve compiled a few updates for 2021 to help you prepare for the tennis season ahead!

  • USTA Mid-Atlantic Section’s top priority in 2021 is the health and safety of the entire tennis community.  We aim to create an environment that puts players, tennis providers, facilities, and staff well-being at the forefront, and that means some aspects of playing leagues in the Mid-Atlantic that you are accustomed to may be a little different in 2021. Rest assured, we are working hard to provide you all your favorite ways to play.  Make sure you review and understand our Required and Recommended Play Guidelines for USTA Mid-Atlantic League play before getting out on the court. And check out these quick videos for other safety tips.

  • Get ready Charlottesville, Va! USTA Leagues are back this April! Keep an eye on the league calendar page in the coming months for details and registration dates.

  • Coming Soon: The 2021 USTA Mid-Atlantic League Championship calendar! We missed the Championships just as much as you did last year! We are going through an extensive planning process to have a return to championship tournaments in 2021. Stay tuned for information and dates.
