Junior Diversity Camp Powered by Net Generation

FORMAT
The camp will provide an opportunity for drills and practice matches with the other Midwest players on Saturday and Sunday morning. Each afternoon, coaches or parents will be responsible to transporting players to and from The Ohio State University Recreation Tennis Courts. Through this camp, there is potential to be invited to additional USTA Regional and USTA/Midwest Section Camps.

The camp will be conducted at The Ohio State University Recreation Tennis Courts; (337 Annie & John Glenn Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210; 614-292-7671)
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
All players, coaches and chaperons will be staying at the Hampton inn & Suites Columbus- University Area Hotel; 3160 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43202, 614-268-8700.
All rooms are reserved in the coach’s or parent’s name and will be master billed to the USTA/ Midwest Section. Rooms requested for additional coaches, parents and chaperones are reserved in their names and will be billed directly to them. If you must cancel your room(s), please notify us within 24 hrs of arrival.
CAMP FEES
The cost of the camp will be $50.00 per player that is represented with a program. Maximum number of six (6) players per program will be accepted. Submit checks for camp fees made payable to the USTA/Midwest Tennis and Education Foundation. Registration closes on Friday, September 7, 2018 or when we have reached capacity. (Depending on projected weather and court space additional players may be accepted). Individual players who are not part of a program may apply to attend, but they must be accompanied by a chaperon. The fee for individual players is $70. Hotel accommodations for individual players is an extra $100 Teams/players are responsible for their own transportation.
MEALS, HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION
The meals that are provided will be for coaches and players only. Parents and chaperones will be responsible for their own meals. Parents and chaperones will be able to dine with the players but must pay for their meals separately. All transportation will be the responsibility of the coach, program director and/or parent.
DAVE & BUSTERS
Saturday night dinner will be at Dave & Buster’s 1544 Polaris Parkway Columbus, OH. Dinner will include $10 Power Card and unlimited Video Game Play. Space is limited to the first 70 players and coaches. Parents are welcome to join but must order food off regular menu. Buses leave Dave & Buster’s at 10:00 p.m.
