Nominations open for USTA Heart of America Hall of Fame, Awards

Sydney Hamilton | May 29, 2024

Do you know someone who has made a substantial impact on the USTA Heart of America tennis community? Nominate him or her for the USTA Heart of America Hall of Fame, as nominations are due by Sunday, June 30!

The USTA Heart of America Hall of Fame arose in 1999 as a result of a desire for a district-level hall of fame that recognizes individuals within our community. All nominations are reviewed by a selection committee with up to three inductees selected each year.

Inductees are celebrated with their names getting added to a plaque at Plaza Tennis Center in Kansas City. They are also honored at an induction ceremony that takes place at the USTA Heart of America Annual Meeting each November.

If you’d like to make a nomination, please review the nomination guidelines before filling out and submitting the nomination form for committee consideration. The guidelines and additional information can be viewed by clicking here. The USTA HOA Hall of Fame is used as a springboard to nominate individuals for the USTA Missouri Valley Hall of Fame.
