Message From USTA Kansas President
Hello USTA Kansas District Members,
The health of our tennis family - from players and parents to staff and volunteers – is our highest priority.
USTA Kansas is working closely with our national and local partners to monitor the ever-evolving situation associated with the COVID-19 outbreak. With all USTA sanctioned play and events currently suspended through May 31, we will communicate relevant information and guidance for rescheduling and other items as available.
As the situation evolves, our staff is working to respond to matters as they develop, and make contingency plans for the future. We know our USTA League, Junior Team Tennis, adult and junior tournament players, etc. are all anxious to know when they can get back to competition. Please know that we are working behind the scenes to plan to be back on court as soon as the USTA’s suspension is lifted, and later if that date is extended.
While you’re working hard to keep your family safe, the USTA and Net Generation are here to help keep your children (and you!) active. Check out the resources here.
Please check the USTA FAQ page for updates.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as this situation unfolds.
Stay healthy,
Kate Foss
