Happy Thanksgiving

Mallory Weber | November 05, 2021

Thanksgiving has such a rich tradition of individuals taking time with family and friends as well as thinking about what we are thankful for in our lives. As I reflect on the last year, I wanted to take this time to thank our volunteers, players, parents and staff for all they have done for the USTA Missouri.

To our volunteers: Thank you for the countless hours you donate of your time to serve this district. Our Board works hard to promote play in USTA Missouri and to find ways to promote the game. Whether you are a Board member, tournament organizer, JTT coach, tournament monitor or anyone in between, your time is valuable. We are so thankful you have given a piece of your time to the USTA Missouri. Our organization could not survive without you, and we are very appreciative of all you have done.

To our players and their families: Thank you for being a part of USTA in the Missouri District. Whether you are an avid league player, junior competitor, seasoned veteran or just starting out — we appreciate you being involved in our organization and look forward to offering more play opportunities in the coming year.

Finally, I’d like to thank our USTA Missouri staff. Your drive to grow the game and provide opportunities for players at all levels is second to none. I know I appreciate all the work you put in to keep our District running smoothly.

As 2021 draws to a close, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season filled with family, friends and of course tennis.

Sincerely,

Mallory Weber

President of the USTA Missouri Board of Directors
