Judith Fenner—2019 Outstanding Community Service Award Winner
The USTA Oklahoma 2019 Outstanding Community Service award winner is Judith Fenner.
Fenner was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and spent several years playing and coaching with the USTA Intermountain section.
Growing up, she was a student at Bollettieri Academy. In 1994, she moved to Tulsa to attend Oral Roberts University for her Master’s degree.
Fenner was presented the USTA Clyde Rogers Award in 2012 in Colorado, and in 2013 was inducted into the Colorado Tennis Hall of Fame.
Fenner continually shares her love of USTA and tennis to all within her community, whether it be starting a tennis program at the Tulsa Community Tennis Center or setting up courts in an empty parking lot for the underprivileged.
