In honor of National Youth Sports Safety Month, USTA Missouri Valley wants to make sure all who play tennis as the temperature rises do so safely.

The importance in warming up to play cannot be overstated. A dynamic and active warm-up to get your body ready for practice - be it just hitting balls, a workout or a match, needs to be taken seriously. It can be the difference between wins and losses.
