Tennis On Campus Back for 2021

September 22, 2021

Club Collegiate tennis teams from across the USTA Missouri Valley will descend upon Topeka, Kan. October 1-3 for the Tennis on Campus Fall Invitational.

And the participating schools could not be more excited. The Invite returns after a hiatus in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Many teams were not allowed to take part in club sports in the 2020 school year so getting back on the court - and competing with other schools - is a step back to a return to normalcy.

The Invite will be played at Kossover Tennis Center in Topeka for the first time in its history.

Tennis on Campus is a USTA program designed to give college students an opportunity to keep their competitive spirits alive, stay in shape and meet fellow college students from around the country. The program is flexible, incorporating players of all ability levels and teams of all sizes in a fun, competitive environment outside of the Division I atmosphere.

A total of 13 teams will participate in this year's event: Benedictine University, Drake University, Iowa State University, Missouri State University, Oklahoma State University, Saint Louis University, Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, University of Kansas, University of Missouri, University of Nebraska, University of Oklahoma, University of Tulsa, Washington University - St. Louis.
