USTA NEW ENGLAND ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO SERVE THROUGH 2020
MARLBOROUGH, MA- A new Board of Directors for USTA New England was sworn in at organization’s Annual Meeting on January 20, 2018 in Marlborough, MA. The 24-person board is comprised of new and tenured tennis enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds representing all areas of New England.
Peter Parrotta, former 1st Vice President, has been elected as the new President, replacing Scott Steinberg, who served the last three years. Steinberg will remain on the board as Past President.
"I am excited and honored to serve as USTA New England President,” Parrotta said. “Together with our new and experienced board members and staff as well as our partners throughout the section, we look forward to executing section and national initiatives and continuing to thrive in our mission, ‘To Promote and Develop the Growth of Tennis.’”

The Board is charged with setting the strategic vision for the section as well as accepting policy recommendations from various committees and the executive director. The group is also the final authority on all policy matters of USTA New England.
The Board of Directors began their service on January 20th and will serve a three-year term through 2020. All members are listed below.
