USTA New england signs with hard court surfacing partners

USTA NEW ENGLAND ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH CO-OFFICIAL HARD COURT SURFACERS

 

WESTBOROUGH, MA– USTA New England is proud to announce a partnership with Dalton Track & Tennis and New England Sealcoating as its Co-Official Hard Court Surfacers. This partnership will provide USTA New England’s organizational and individual members with the highest quality hard court surfacing options. 


“Both Dalton Track & Tennis and New England Sealcoating are well-known and respected companies in New England and we are excited to be partnering with them. The expertise they bring to surfacing hard courts will be extremely beneficial to our membership and the entire New England tennis community,” said Matt Olson, USTA New England Executive Director and COO.


The two companies will each have their own territory within New England: Dalton Track and Tennis will cover Connecticut, western Rhode Island, Vermont and western Massachusetts. New England Sealcoating will work in Eastern Massachusetts including the cape and the islands, eastern Rhode Island, Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine.

    The Friendship Cup has a rich history and successful story of establishing international camaraderie and sisterhood both on and off the court. The tradition started in 1967 when Walter Foeger of Vermont was looking to establish competitive senior tennis play in alliance with the New England Lawn Tennis Association (NELTA), now USTA New England.
