USTA NEW ENGLAND PARTNERS WITH LIFEWRITE TO EMPOWER TENNIS PLAYERS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE AND WELL-BEING FOR PLAYERS
WESTBOROUGH, MA - USTA New England is excited to announce it has partnered with Lifewrite, an innovative wellness platform that uses AI and guided writing to help individuals improve their mental fitness, performance and overall well-being.
Through the partnership, Lifewrite will provide a variety of customized content and exercises designed to improve the well-being and mental fitness of players in New England, with a special focus on USTA League players.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Lifewrite to create a customized wellness journey for our members. Tennis takes both mental and physical toughness, and Lifewrite is a valuable tool that can help our players achieve their on and off-court goals,” said Alex Wesley, Director of Marketing, USTA New England.
Lifewrite’s platform introduces Writing Trails—structured, evidence-based writing experiences that guide users through key mental challenges, such as handling match pressure, building confidence, recovering from losses and enhancing focus.
The trails are crafted using evidence-based methodologies, integrating principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and Sports Psychology. These methods are not only supported by extensive research but also enhanced with the proven benefits of the Generation Effect, ensuring that each written word helps cement learning and personal development.
“This partnership with USTA New England is an exciting step toward making mental training a natural part of a tennis player’s routine,” said Arthur Gutch, CEO of Lifewrite. “Tennis is a deeply mental game, and our tools—Writing Trails and the Tennis Mentalist—give players a simple, effective way to train their minds like they train their bodies. We’re honored to support the USTA community in becoming stronger competitors and healthier individuals.”.
