USTA NEW ENGLAND PARTNERS WITH AME & LULU AS OFFICIAL ACTIVE LIFESTYLE ACCESSORY BRAND
WESTBOROUGH, MA- USTA New England is pleased to announce it has partnered with Ame & Lulu to become the Official Active Lifestyle Accessory Brand of USTA New England. The Boston-based lifestyle brand embraces a classic feminine approach to all things active and is known for its color, print and quality construction of tennis, golf and everyday totes and accessories.
As part of the partnership, Ame & Lulu will offer special discounts for USTA members and will be present at various USTA New England events in 2018 and 2019, including 2018 Tennis Weekend at the Boston Marriott Newton from November 16-17.
“Ame & Lulu is the perfect choice for an active lifestyle accessory brand partnership. Their products are wonderful and high quality and truly fit the needs of our active membership base. The Friendship Cup has a rich history and successful story of establishing international camaraderie and sisterhood both on and off the court. The tradition started in 1967 when Walter Foeger of Vermont was looking to establish competitive senior tennis play in alliance with the New England Lawn Tennis Association (NELTA), now USTA New England. He contacted George Barta of the Canadian senior division, and together, they created the Friendship Cup. In that year, players competed on three courts at the Jay Peak Resort in Vermont. Read More
