How/When/Where did your tennis journey begin?

"My tennis journey began in University City, MO at the public courts that we visited twice weekly as part of a summer camp.  They offered tennis and swimming; I much preferred tennis as the swimming pool was always freezing.  I learned to play tennis with Butch and Clif Buchholz as their dad was our instructor.

I played high school tennis but not college tennis.  As an adult moving from city to city, tennis was a godsend.  It was the vehicle that introduced me to many of our best friends.

Once our children were grown and off to college, I joined the Board of the Dallas Tennis Association where I've stayed for 29 years working in various capacities including President." - Jane Morrill
