What impact has tennis had on you?

"Tennis has been a lifelong journey of growth, health, fitness, connection, and giving back. It’s taught me discipline, perseverance, and the value of hard work, both on and off the court. Beyond personal growth, tennis has been a platform for building relationships and strengthening communities. I’ve had the privilege of helping others discover the sport and experience its benefits. Tennis has the power to bring people together, break down barriers, and inspire positive change, and that’s what continues to fuel my passion for sharing it with other" - Grant Chambers

Presented at the 2025 Awards Luncheon at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center in Plano on Saturday, Feb. 8th:

For over 30 years, Grant Chambers has made a huge impact on tennis in his community of Austin - as a player, organizer, and leader. His tennis journey began at a small facility in Granbury, Texas and one of his earliest jobs was working as a pro at the Pecan Plantation Country Club. He met his wife, Melissa, while working for USTA Texas.
