Apply: Board of Directors (2027-2029)

Applications are now open to be a part of the USTA Texas leadership as a member of the Board of Directors for a three year term - 2027 to 2029. 

The Board of Directors is the policy making body of USTA Texas and is the only group that can initiate or make changes to the Bylaws. The Board of Directors is made up of 6 elected directors, two (2) directors appointed by the President, all of the members of the Management Committee including officers and all Past Presidents (some with term limits) of USTA Texas.

All members of the Board of Directors are required to attend the USTA Texas Annual Meeting and the USTA Texas Semiannual Meeting (average 4 days per year) plus additional special meetings as needed. There may also be additional committees or task forces that a Board of Directors member may be asked to participate in by the President, Management Committee, or Board of Directors and we would strongly encourage such participation.
