2024 Premio al servicio de tenis en silla de ruedas Randy Snow

Felicitaciones al 2024 ganador del Premio al Servicio de Tenis en Silla de Ruedas Randy Snow de la USTA Texas, el Dallas Wheelchair Tennis Club.

 

Establecido en 2009, este premio honra a un voluntario, organización, jugador en silla de ruedas o profesional de la enseñanza que a lo largo del tiempo ha demostrado excelencia en el deporte del tenis en silla de ruedas y/o cuyas actividades demuestran dedicación para mejorar y promover el tenis en silla de ruedas para la USTA Texas.

Presentado en el 2024 Almuerzo de Premiación en el Hotel Omni Las Colinas en Irving el sábado 10de febrero:

La leyenda del tenis de Texas, Randy Snow, fue una voz incansable que defendió el tenis, especialmente para personas discapacitadas. El Dallas Wheelchair Tennis Club, una organización cofundada por el propio Randy Snow, continúa su legado sirviendo como defensor y organizador del tenis en silla de ruedas en DFW y sus alrededores.

 

Ha ayudado a producir dos jugadores número1 del mundo, múltiples medallistas paralímpicos y atletas de la división de letras de la ITF y la USTA mejor clasificados. El DWTC lleva con orgullo el legado del lugar de nacimiento del tenis en silla de ruedas en Texas y continúa llevando el legado de Randy Snow hacia el futuro.
