Established in 1975, the USTA Texas Family of the Year Award recognizes a family for their contributions to Texas tennis. The family fulfills the mission of the USTA – to grow tennis to inspire healthier people and communities everywhere – on and off the court at the local and/or section level. The recipient of this award is automatically nominated for the USTA Ralph Wescott Family of the Year Award, when applicable.
