GRIEVANCES AND APPEALS

How to file a grievance:

  1. Read the NTRP Grievance Protocol form.
  2. Complete USTA Grievance Form and submit to Section League Coordinator (Toby Gaynor, toby@midwest.usta.com) and your District League Coordinator.
  3. Submit USTA Grievance Payment Form. Cost is $100 to submit a grievance.
  4. Section League Coordinator will contact you within two days.

In the Midwest Section, year-end ratings are also calculated on NTRP Tournaments, Tri-Level, and Adult 18-39 Leagues, as well as 65 & Over Leagues.
