USTA Flex Leagues is an easy, no-pressure tennis league that puts you in control of your tennis match schedule. Read these 10 facts on how playing USTA Flex Leagues in the Mid-Atlantic is ideal for you.

 

10 Facts about Flex Leagues:

 

Fact #1 - USTA membership is not required to play.


Fact #2 - Save your money! The fee for flex league in the Mid-Atlantic is a flat $25. 

Fact #3 - Explore playing competitively even if you are new or haven’t played tennis in a while. USTA Flex Leagues are perfect for starting to play competitive tennis in a social setting. 

 

Fact #4 - Don’t worry about your USTA NTRP rating. Flex League results are not calculated into your end-of-year rating but will be included in your  World Tennis Number (WTN) number.

 

Fact #5 - The best way to improve is by playing stronger players. Flex Leagues allow  you to play matches against similar levels or higher-rated opponents, so you will receive match experience that may help you improve. 

 

Fact #6 - Be flexible when scheduling your matches. Work with your opponent to find a date, time and location that works for each of you.

 

Fact #7 - You can play your matches in any order that fits your schedule. Just be sure to play all of your matches by the end of the season date.
