In order to help players and parents better understand the transition to the new 2021 tournaments structure taking effect in January, these National Standings List (NSL) are based on 2020 results using the new 2021 ranking tables and are here for your review.
On January 1, 2021, USTA Youth Progression will be transitioning to USTA.com within your profile, and with that comes an exciting new look.
The new Net Generation PlayTracker will help parents and players navigate their development progress, replacing the current stars and trophies system. Now, players will collect points on an engaging PlayTracker after playing in USTA Team Challenges, USTA Junior Team Tennis, and USTA Junior Circuit programs.
The Net Generation PlayTracker is for players aged 5-10 and their parents to track progress at USTA competitive events, all in one place. Using the American Development Model (ADM) framework, players and parents will learn more about the recommended development pathway and earn digital incentives along the way.
A USTA Junior Circuit is a new program that utilizes a non-elimination round robin draw format for players of all ages to gain match play experience in a tournament setting with a focus on individual results. This experience will encourage players of all ages to develop their skills through level-based play and demonstrate good sportsmanship.. These are one day events and play is level-based.
