USTA Iowa Launches CTA Summer Contest

Andrea Gallagher | January 27, 2023

USTA Iowa is sponsoring a CTA Summer Fun Extravaganza Contest this year. It’s a way to earn money, but only for Community Tennis Association members. The goal is to add more fun at one of the tournaments this summer by doing things such as:

  • Adults enhancements: dressing as your favorite player, wearing your college jersey during a doubles match, having a notable community member (mayor, television anchor, etc.) attend the event.

  • Junior enhancements: hold the Net Generation banner in a photo, complete a tennis acronym worksheet, guessing the number of items in a tennis can, and more.

Payouts for the contest range from $500-$800, depending on how many items are submitted. The contest will end on September 12, 2023. For more information, contact John Terpkosh at jterpkosh@movalley.usta.com or click here to view the program flyer.
