First Junior Team Tennis Section Qualifier A Success
A number of junior players came out to the Koch Family Tennis Center in Omaha last month for the first Junior Team Tennis Section Qualifier of the season. A total of six teams took part including two in the 14U division and four in the 18U division.
In the 14U division, the Miracle Hills Strikers (Lunning) were the champions, as they never dropped a set. In the 18U division, West Omaha (Armbrust) claimed the top prize and the Nebraska Drifters (Emerick) were the runners-up. The winning teams will advance to the Section Championships July 19-20 at Edmond Center Court in Edmond, Oklahoma.
