Calling all high school girls! With spring just around the corner, it is almost time for a new season of Junior Team Tennis (JTT). The Girls Spring JTT season will begin mid-June with matches played on Sundays at 4 p.m. at Dwight Davis Tennis Center and other locations within St. Louis County.

The league matches players of similar age and ability using the Junior National Tennis Rating Program.  Each team must have a minimum of six players with a minimum of four players being present at each match. Team matches have eight individual matches – four singles and four doubles – and the matches themselves are one set to six games. Should the set end tied at 6-6, a tiebreak commences!

There is a division for everyone! The Bronze division is for recreational level players, Silver division is for junior varsity level players, while the Gold division places together high junior varsity and varsity players. The Advanced division is for high varsity and tournament players.

A USTA membership is required. To register your team or for more information, contact Toni McDonald, JTT Coordinator at jtt@usta.com. Take a look at this JTT FAQ guide for even more details about Junior Team Tennis!
