Top American juniors to compete in ITF World Junior Tennis Finals

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) today announced the six top juniors nominated to represent the U.S. at the ITF World Junior Tennis Finals, the world’s premier 14-and-under team competition, which will take place Aug. 4-9 in Prostejov, Czechia.

The American boys' and girls' teams advanced through qualifying in April and will compete in the 16-team Finals, which consist of pool play followed by the knockout round. Each matchup consists of two singles matches and one doubles match.

 

The U.S. boys enter the event as the reigning champions, while the U.S. girls finished runner-up in 2024.

 

The U.S. has won seven World Junior Tennis girls’ titles (1992, 2007-10, 2013, 2017) and seven World Junior Tennis boys’ titles (2002-03, 2008, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2024).
