Cardio Tennis con Michael Harper: ejercicios de tres bolas

El entrenador Michael Harper regresó esta semana con un par de ejercicios que puede hacer en su camino de entrada para afinar su juego de pies. Todo lo que necesita es de dos pares de zapatos (que ' re no usar!) Y tres pelotas de tenis.
