High school tennis is a great opportunity for teenagers to compete in a team environment with friends. More than just offering competition and health benefits, tennis also has proven to help decrease risky behaviors and build self-confidence. On average, tennis players simply perform better in high school. In 2013, the USTA did extensive research and found that high school tennis players spend more time doing homework. In fact, 48% of those students reported an “A” average and more than 80% of them want to attend college
