USTA Eastern
Diversity and Inclusion

USTA Eastern is a diverse organization which embraces an equitable and inclusive culture. We take an all hands-on-deck approach to promoting the sport, and we solicit contributions from every stakeholder in our section. One of our top priorities is to support the growth of grassroots programming through our work with Community Tennis Associations (CTAs), National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) and USTA Schools Tennis.
Mission Statement: We believe anyone who has a desire to play tennis or grow the game should have an opportunity to do so. Furthermore, we strive to attract and retain individuals within our organization, including our team of staff and volunteers, who foster an environment of equity and inclusion through their unique perspectives, experiences and approaches.
