R.O.G. TENNIS

  • Red, Orange, & Green Videos
  • R.O.G. Tennis follows the same logic as other youth sports like baseball or soccer, which use kid-sized equipment.
  • Kids learn to play baseball by first playing T-ball; they use shorter, lighter bats and larger, softer balls.
  • Kids learning basketball use short baskets with kid-sized balls on lowered backboards and they play soccer on smaller fields with smaller goals.

 

NORCAL H.I.T.S.

  • Honesty, Inspiration, Teamwork, Sportsmanship
  • H.I.T.S. is a low-cost tennis program for kids 10 and under that incorporates the fundamentals of a team sport with life skills enrichment.
  • With support from USTA NorCal, H.I.T.S. is a fun and easy program that includes training and resources to run a tennis program at your tennis courts, blacktop or indoor gym.

H.I.T.S. 2

  • A follow-up program to USTA NorCal’s H.I.T.S. 10 and under tennis program.
  • H.I.T.S. 2 is a new program for kids 10 and under that will not only have a continued focus on life lessons and actual tennis play, but also an emphasis on exhibiting great teamwork on and off the court.
