Coach Resources
- Try the free High School Coaches' Module. Manage your teams, schedule matches, enter scores right from the courts, view previous match results and current standings and run a high school tournament—all with ITF World Tennis Number integration!
- Leverage the power of WTN Match Play to enhance your tennis offerings, attract new players and improve your facility's reputation, all without adding extra work to your plate. WTN Match Play integrates seamlessly with Serve Tennis, so you can manage your programs with the tools you already use. No need for additional software or complicated procedures.
- Take advantage of USTA webinars and trainings.
- USTA Eastern grants are available to increase tennis participation and enhance team support. Funding can go toward program development, supporting additional coaching needs and/or improving junior varsity programs.
- Open your campus courts up to more players over the summer and get more people in your community involved in the sport. Host a USTA tournament.
Post-High School Play
- Attend USTA Eastern's College Showcase Day.
- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) has adopted the ITF World Tennis Number (WTN) as the official rating for college tennis. This makes it easier than ever for junior tennis players to explore playing opportunities that exist in college tennis. In addition, the ITA is working on a College Connect tool that will match up your WTN with current college players to help you determine your playing level fit. Visit the College Connect site.
- Did you know that there are opportunities for recreational play in college? Tennis On Campus clubs are recognized campus organizations managed by students, for students. Join a network of more than 40,000 players at more than 700 colleges and universities. You’ll have the opportunity to travel to events all across the country, including sectional championships within the USTA Eastern Section. Learn more about this program in the Eastern section.
Other Opportunities
- Bring tennis to your school! Whether you’re a P.E. teacher who's teaching tennis for the first time, or a veteran coach who's now on court with middle and high school teams, the USTA has the resources and trainings you need to be successful both on and off the court. To access free standards-based curricula and equipment to help grow tennis in your P.E. classes, you can set up your P.E. class through your USTA account.
