Adult Tennis Programs & Resources
Adult League: Play tennis on a team. We offer a wide variety of leagues designed to provide players with matches against similar-aged players with opportunities for both beginner and competitive match play.
Adult League Captains: Try captaining a team and lead your team through an Adult League season.
Adult Tournaments: Join the competition. We offer many different tournaments for players of all ages and abilities from beginner to professional competition.
FLEX League: A tennis league designed with your schedule in mind in a social, stress-free environment. Play against similar-rated adult players in your area at your convenience. You set the time and location of matches.
Tri-Level Team Tournament: Men and women's teams of 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5 players compete to get a chance to represent Northern California at the Tri-Level Invitational Tournament held at the BNP Paribas at Indian Wells.
Social Play: Perfect for players of all skill levels, our social play opportunities create a welcoming atmosphere where you can connect with friends, meet new players and enjoy friendly competition.

Community Tennis Programs & Resources
Adaptive: USTA NorCal's Adaptive Tennis strives to cultivate an inclusive environment tailored to the recreational needs of individuals with physical, mental or emotional challenges. This program is open to all ages and abilities, regardless of background.
Community Tennis Associations: Community Tennis Associations (CTAs) are not-for-profit, volunteer-based organizations supporting programs that grow the game of tennis.
National Junior Tennis & Learning: The National Junior Tennis & Learning network was created as a way to gain and hold the attention of young people, with the hope of teaching them the importance of character, getting an education and becoming productive citizens.
Parks & Recreation: USTA NorCal has various programs and education opportunities to help your park and recreation department develop and optimize tennis programs.
Wheelchair Tennis: Opportunities for wheelchair athletes of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. We offer numerous wheelchair tournaments with recreational, competitive and quadriplegic divisions.
Junior Programs & Resources
Intro to Tennis: Find an introductory program to kick off your junior tennis journey. We offer a great progression system with multiple levels of tennis to help junior players develop their game in both low-pressure and match-play environments. If you don’t know where to start, we can help you find a program for you! Email us.
Team Challenges: This program is designed to introduce youth to tennis competitions within a one-hour, low-pressure, team environment. It’s an ideal opportunity for skill development through level-based play, placing less emphasis on instruction or results.
Junior Team Tennis: Play tennis on a team. Players of all levels and ages 7 to 18 play singles, doubles and mixed doubles against other co-ed teams.
Junior Circuits: Junior Circuits are the next step in the youth progression system when youth players are ready to transition into tournament play. These events use a non-elimination, round-robin draw format, offering junior players of all ages the chance to gain valuable individual match experience in a tournament setting.
Junior Tournaments: Join the competition. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced opportunities for juniors to compete and take their game as far as they want.
Player Development: USTA NorCal’s Player Development program aims to guide junior players through a comprehensive pathway that ranges from entry-level tennis to collegiate and professional tennis.

School Programs
After-School H.I.T.S. Program: H.I.T.S. is a fun, low-cost after-school program for kids 10 and under that incorporates the fundamentals of a team sport with life skills enrichment. We offer training and resources to build your tennis program on your courts, blacktop, or indoor gym. Let us help you start today

Grants & Scholarships: USTA NorCal offers a variety of grants and scholarships to help grow the game of tennis. Get support and find out how we can help.
Officials: Officials play an integral role at tournaments of all levels, from local community events to professional matches, focusing on fair play and sportsmanship. Give back to the game of tennis by becoming a USTA Certified Official.
Tournament Directors: USTA NorCal provides support for member organizations to apply for tournaments, understand the requirements to run USTA NorCal-sanctioned tournaments and locate up-to-date training and useful information to host a top-quality tournament.
Serve Tennis: USTA offers tennis management software that automates administrative processes easily and quickly with online payments, registering players and more.
Tennis Tool Center: USTA provides a central destination to access USTA tools, including the new Serve Tennis Digital Platform, Resource Library and more.
Tennis Venue & Facility Services: With top-notch support and resources, USTA's Tennis Venue Services team is your partner in making your tennis facility the place to be. Together, let’s up your game and create unforgettable moments for everyone who steps foot on your courts.
Advocacy Resources: Advocating for the sport of tennis is something that can be done by passionate individuals and organizations alike and USTA NorCal provides many resources for all community members to join the tennis advocacy mission.
Court Monitors: Court Monitors help ensure fair and sportsmanlike play, maintain continuous play and assist the players solve problems on the court. This is a great first step in entering the world of tennis officiating.
